At Service Academy Consulting, we believe in transparency, trust, and professionalism. These Terms of Service outline what families can expect when partnering with us for Service Academy admissions consulting and ROTC scholarship guidance. By signing your consulting agreement and using our services, you agree to the terms below.
Why These Terms Matter for Families
We know that preparing for the United States Naval Academy (USNA), West Point (USMA), Air Force Academy (USAFA), Coast Guard Academy (USCGA), Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA), or an ROTC scholarship is a significant commitment. Clear expectations ensure that students and parents feel confident throughout the process.
1. Scope of Services
Our consulting services are tailored to help students succeed in the competitive admissions process. Support may include:
Application review and timeline management
Progress tracking and milestone check-ins
Interview preparation and mock interviews
DoDMERB and CFA guidance
Ongoing mentorship

2. Payment & Refunds
Payments are submitted through secure, approved methods listed on our website.
Once services begin, payments are non-refundable.

3. Confidentiality & Shared Information
We take privacy seriously. Families may choose to share Service Academy application portal logins for progress checks, but our access is view-only.
No changes will ever be made without consent.
All parent and student information is kept strictly confidential.

4. Responsibilities of Families
To get the most from our consulting services, families agree to:
Provide accurate, up-to-date information.
Follow consultation schedules and deadlines.
Ensure parental or guardian consent for students under 18.
5. Intellectual Property
All guides, timelines, and resources created by Service Academy Consulting remain our property. These materials are provided exclusively for your student’s preparation and may not be shared or reproduced.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our role is to mentor, guide, and prepare students for success. However, we cannot guarantee admission or scholarship awards. Final decisions rest with the Service Academies, ROTC boards, and government authorities.
7. Disputes & Mediation
If a disagreement arises, both parties agree to third-party mediation (at the client’s cost) before pursuing legal action.
8. Termination of Services
Failure to follow these Terms of Service may result in discontinuation of services without refund.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By signing your consulting agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
