FREE Service Academy Strategy Consultation
30 minutes | FREE | (parent or legal guardian required to be present)
A comprehensive strategy session designed to evaluate a candidate’s competitiveness, timelines, and best-fit commissioning pathways.

Medical qualification is often the most confusing and stressful part of the Service Academy and ROTC process. Our DoDMERB & Medical Waiver Advisory gives families clear, experience-based guidance to navigate remedials, disqualifications, and waiver strategy with confidence.
This is not a generic medical review. We provide focused, case-specific direction built on real-world admissions and waiver experience—so you know exactly what to do next and why.

(Additional guidance for continued services will be charged an hourly rate of $229/hour (1-hour minimum applies). Each additional service and fee provided will be agreed upon prior to services rendered.)
Interview Preparation
60–75 minutes | $395 or 4 x monthly payments of $105

Application Review & Targeted Guidance

Focused Support consultations are designed to stand alone or serve as an entry point into a longer-term advisory relationship.
When appropriate:
Consultation fees may be credited toward enrollment in a Core or Premier program
Recommendations will be made honestly and conservatively — never by pressure
Scheduling & Policies
All consultations are paid and scheduled in advance
Sessions are conducted virtually
24-hour rescheduling policy applies
Availability is limited to preserve program quality
