Interview Preparation for Service Academies & ROTC (4 Sessions – $999)
The academies and ROTC units aren’t looking for the best people — they’re looking for the right people. Learn how to bring humility, authenticity, and genuine purpose into every interview.
Our Philosophy — The Right Player, Not the Best Player
In the movie Miracle, when forming his hockey team to compete in the Olympics, Coach Herb Brooks says:
“I’m not looking for the best players, Craig. I’m looking for the right ones.”
That’s exactly how the Service Academies and ROTC evaluate you. They’re not searching for the most decorated student — they’re looking for men and women of character, humility, and purpose.
Our coaching helps you internalize that mindset. You’ll learn how to speak authentically about your experiences, own your failures, and communicate quiet confidence. You don’t need to sound like a polished public speaker — you need to sound like a future officer.
Why Confidence Comes From Preparation
Confidence isn’t charisma — it’s the calm assurance that comes from being prepared. When you’ve practiced tough questions, refined your stories, and understood what panels value, you naturally project leadership maturity.
Our clients consistently report feeling centered, composed, and confident during interviews — not because they memorized lines, but because they built real self-awareness.
Who This Program Is For
This four-session package is designed for students preparing for interviews with:
Blue and Gold Officers (BGO) for the U.S. Naval Academy
Field Force Representatives (FFR) for the U.S. Military Academy at West Point
Academy Liaison Officers (ALO) for the U.S. Air Force Academy
Congressional and Senatorial nomination panels
ROTC selection boards
It’s ideal for high-achieving candidates who want to project leadership maturity and service motivation — not rehearsed answers.
